Travel by your side dines in Magnum Pleasure Store Singapore

When I saw the advertisement of Magnum Pleasure store in a bus here in Singapore, I got curious and excited to visit their store. As a big fan of chocolates and ice cream,it's like a heaven store for me.

I "googled" the location of the store and found out that it's just near the Raffles mrt station. Me and my gf decided to go there the next day and invited some of her friends to have a try of Magnum pleasure experience.

Finally the day has come, The store is located besides Customs House Terrace. I was surprised when I first saw it because Its just a small square maroon store. So I'm thinking there should be something special in this store and I'm very eager to find it out. 

We checked out the store's menu and noticed that most are presented in unique way. Just like their pasta. Pasta with the Magnum's ice cream stick. We ordered it. For the taste, I can't categorize it as the same level of good pasta in town. I think the sauce is a bit sticky and bland.

One of our friend ordered this sausage with mashed potatoes. Offcourse I take a taste of it. I must say their mashed potatoes taste really good. Its so creamy and tasty, It's one of the best in town. Now for the sausage, my gf liked it very much, but for me it taste ordinary.

For the desserts, we ordered hot Choco Lava Cake but the waitress misheard us and gave us these brownies with magnum ice cream. We thought that it still choco lava cake because it looks the same in the picture of their menu. Now for the taste of these brownies, its taste is ordinary, 

One of our friend ordered this melted chocolate with fruits, bread and magnum ice cream. I also tried the bread and deep it in the melted chocolate. The taste is really good. The melted chocolate made this set special. It dries up instantly and blends well with the bread and fruits.






Now for the star dessert of Magnum Pleasure store the "Make your own Magnum".




So you will be asked what flavor you like for your ice cream, vanilla or chocolate. Then next you will pick which dip you like from the four flavors they have; milk chocolate,dark chocolate, vanilla and magnum gold. Then you will choose toppings. Lastly which drizzles you like to put in your magnum.

As a whole, I enjoyed the Magnum Pleasure experience. I think the food and magnum ice cream is not only thing that made this store special, its the relaxing ambiance of the store, good customer service and its beautiful view of Marina Bay Sands.

If I'll be asked if its worth going back, I would say yes.
